Offscreen Animations

Introducing a new property for Loop Effects and Appear Animations: “Off Screen”. This property allows you to pause animations when animated layers are no longer visible. New Effects will now default to Pause. The Slideshow and Ticker components also default to pausing when offscreen. For existing Loop Effects and “On Appear” interactions in Components, we recommend setting this property to Pause when appropriate. This will make your site faster and improve the Core Web Vital metric “Interaction to Next Paint”, also known as INP. Faster sites, same animations.
